Not good

I have not yet received my parcel and I have sent you an email concerning that very thing. Instead of answering me directly, I get sent this evaluation form. Should I be worried that there are zero reviews on your site? Have I been scammed? I have tried tracking my parcel and it looks like it is stuck in France for a whole week now.
